Apple Claims Over 4 Million People Are Participating In Their Software Betas
Apple’s CEO Tim Cook has declared that they would be hosting an
extraordinary successful developer’s conference that is previewing many
significant advances coming this fall to their four operating systems: Mac OS,
iOS, tvOS, and watchOS. He also claimed that a considerable number of people
are participating in the company's beta program, which consists of early
versions of Mac OS, iOS and some of the other major operating systems of the
company. For the longest time ever, Apple has been known to have kept its
software betas limited to developers.
Now, through Apple’s beta software program, every person
willing to deal with it could load up pre-release builds of iOS, macOS, watchOS
or tvOS, or spotty battery life and a crash. However, in the early years, Apple
has since released its betas to the people where anyone will be able to
download the beta for either macOS or iOS to take it for a spin to test out the
new features and to give Apple some feedback. The reaction of customers and
developers has been very optimistic towards these betas, and over 4 million
users are about to become its part in new OS beta programs.
The number of beta program participants is not of something
that Apple usually releases, so it is not certain for people to be able to make
out how this compares to past years. Despite Apple's strong beta testing
process, here you can still find some major bugs that slip through on occasion,
but Apple presents numerous updates and fixes for all of its operating systems.
